I SEEM to remember that someone, either Bicester Town Council or Cherwell District Council, said they would do a survey of the parking arrangements on the town end of the Bucknell Road.
Has this survey been done and if so would whoever was doing it publish the results please?
Approaching town via Bucknell Road is decidedly risky these days and getting more so. The north side is invariably blocked by cars left while their owners have taken the train into either Birmingham or London and the south side by cars delivering children to the school as well as day parkers.
I should add that after negotiating the chicanes, you then have to take your life in your hands to turn right on to London Road.
Can someone comment please?
