Any guesses how long dualling A40 could take?
I READ with enthusiasm that the A40 might be turned into a dual carriageway.
Would it be possible for the appropriate authorities to start planning for this as soon as possible?
If it takes 16 months to adjust a simple roundabout (Wolvercote and Cutteslowe) how long will it take for a dual carriageway to Witney?
