Expansion has led to more traffic congestion
THE LABOUR administration at Oxford City Council has allowed vast expansion of The JR Hospital, Brookes University and now Barton Park with little regard to infrastructure and the easily foreseeable traffic problems that have arisen.
As Northway residents we know all about things “being inflicted on us for questionable benefits” and Cllr Clarkson and Cllr Darke know our issues with the A40 link to Foxwell Drive.
