SEX offenders are pursued and brought to justice regardless of how long ago the offence was committed. Quite right too!
Yet an inquiry into police brutality in the 1984 miner strike has been cancelled because “it was too long ago”.
Justice for all unless, of course, if you are a miner or ex-miner involved in the 1984 miner strike!
