Why these intolerable levels of air traffic noise?
CAN somebody please explain why we are getting so much air traffic over West Oxford at present?
Last week it was quite large planes. Today, as I write (lunchtime) there has been an extremely noisy helicopter over the same spot roughly for what feels like an hour.
What is the purpose of this?
If one knew that it was in some way for the public good, one could put up with it.
But without explanation it is simply intolerable.
