HAVING attended yet another disappointing game, this time against Morecambe on Tuesday, it was clear early on that we were watching another game in which our team were being out-fought and the head coach was being out-thought.

I sit in front of the home dugout. To watch Mickey Lewis after half-time standing grinning with one hand in his pocket whilst holding a cup of tea in the other hand as fans were walking out clearly shows how the stale coaching set-up is and in dire need of freshening up.

Bringing new managers and players in is never going to work if the old coaching is going to be allowed to continue.

With investment happening with playing staff, now is the time to move forward with a professional experienced coaching set-up that can squeeze out the commitment necessary to take our team forward to safety. Good old boys win nothing in football.

If better is possible then good is not enough and that is what is needed to be written on the P45 that needs to be handed out to the coaching set-up that is hindering Michael Appleton.

Come on you Yellows.
