As a resident/prisoner of Kennington, I have become used to the village being cut off on a regular basis due to flood/landslide/roadworks but can anyone explain why the slip road into Kennington, as you approach from the intended new hamburger, is still closed?
There are no apparent works or reason for it still to be closed, and its opening would alleviate the problem of getting back into Kennington.
Our local councillors do not seem to know why. Perhaps someone in County Hall knows?
However, I expect the answer will be the usual fob off of platitudes that we have had from the start.
Never mind it is only Kennington, appears to be the attitude.
