I am right behind Elizabeth Ward with regard to the issue of dogs on leads in Aristotle Lane.
My small terrier is always on a lead because she dislikes other dogs, and often my walks are spoilt because a huge friendly dog runs up and I have to shoo them away, much to the annoyance, I am sure, of the owner. But more importantly, mothers will be able to relax and owners will know exactly where the ‘poo’ has landed.
