Having criticised before the haste at which old power stations are being shut down without a robust alternative energy structure in place, it would appear we have now committed ourselves to higher levels of CO2 reduction.
The rush for gas at Didcot B may now have taught us that new wooden cooling towers don’t do as well in fires as the old concrete ones that they demolished.
