The traffic is unbelievable in Oxford. How bad can it get before anybody actually does something constructive about it? Since September there has been chaos on all roads leading to Oxford.

The obvious reason is major roadworks on the two roundabouts Heyford Hill and Abingdon Road are not needed. Why not? Because as the council has stated the reason for the improvements are to speed up the traffic flow out of Oxford. The A34, which is obvious to everybody that uses it, cannot cope with its present volume of traffic so why increase it?

But no one is listening to the people trying to get to work in cars and buses (which can’t get to the park and rides and bus lanes). What a complete farce and waste of public money.
