I HAVE watched the debates on television between Nigel Farage and Nick Clegg and no one has asked what right did Tony Blair have to speak for the whole nation, and take us into the EU? I don’t understand why we were not given a referendum to see if it’s what the people of Britain wanted.

But we have to have a referendum to get out of it. I have always believed that it was illegal for Tony Blair to do what he did. I wrote a letter some time ago to the European Court of Human rights in Strasbourg, asking the same question but, as I expected, I got no reply. The trouble with these Government well-off toffs is that they think we are a thick lot and don’t know what we want. But Nigel Farage is making them listen.

Conservative and Labour have had the monopoly on Government – it’s one or the other that’s in power. But we need change and we want our country back before it’s too late.
