THE epidemic of lead thefts from public buildings continues with the case of the church in Grove.
We have become far less reverent of institutions as a society over the past 30 years but it still amazes that anyone would countenance targeting a church on Good Friday.
Is it too much to hope for some Old Testament-style wrath to befall the thieves?
