ONE suspects Richard Walbyoff might be the envy of many a household this weekend.
There is nothing like a long bank holiday break to make people crack open the paint tins and get out the pasting table.
And as people across Oxfordshire pull on their DIY overalls today, many will think of Mr Walbyoff with a wry smile.
