WHO would pinch a santa suit from a padlocked phone box?
The Story Museum’s fun festive display was meant to entertain children as they walked past.
But that’s been scuppered thanks to Oxford’s very own Grinch.
He might have the suit, but Santa won’t be visiting come Christmas Eve unless he returns it.
