OXFORD’S 20mph zones are causing drivers problems, but there is no excuse for bus drivers to be seen breaking them.

Our own survey yesterday found taxi drivers speeding and today we have Blackbird Leys Parish Council raising the same complaint with the bus companies.

Thames Valley Police may be ignoring speeding motorists but it doesn’t mean professional drivers can go around with impunity.
