IT may still only be November but it’s great to see people getting into the festive spirit.
The Scrooges among us may still think it’s too early to be turning on the Christmas lights but for the Scarrott family in Barton it allows them more time for raising money for charity.
They put so much effort into their light display and it’s for a worthy cause – SNAP, which supports sick and premature babies in the John Radcliffe Hospital’s newborn intensive care unit.
Let’s hope this year they’ll have a record amount raised and can spread their infectious cheer to those most in need.
