IT LOOKS like they are neither up the water spout, nor so incy-wincy anymore.
Oxfordshire residents have reported a mini-invasion of not-so-mini spiders as a wet summer turns into a fine, crisp autumn.
Whether the beasties send shivers up your spine or just annoy you by stringing webs over the light fittings, it looks like – for now at least – that they’re making the most of the great indoors.
But they do say a wealth of spiders can mean a quiet, peaceful home. Just make sure you remind whoever screams like a baby when they see one crawl out the plug hole.
