CHOOSING a care home for a relative is feeling more and more like a case of Russian roulette.
Seemingly every week another report is released by the Care Quality Commission about a failing care home in the county.
While each home will go and look at the findings and act on the recommendations, more needs to be done to discover why so many are failing in the first place.
