Residents living in and around Reliance Way in East Oxford will be delighted that police used a 48-hour dispersal order to clamp down on a gang terrorising the area.
Youths have been getting their kicks by annoying the neighbours so it pleasing to hear that the police took advantage of new powers to keep the peace.
The dispersal order will not guarantee a trouble-free future for residents but at least they were able to relax at the weekend.
