THE love shared by Roy and Val Samworth should be an inspiration to other couples.
Over the past five decades they have always tried to live their lives to the full, even though they have had to cope with the debilitating effects of multiple sclerosis.
It was lucky for Mr Samworth – and Mrs Samworth – that he bothered to turn up for a blind date all those years ago.
