IF the backers for a proposed solar panel farm on the outskirts of Oxford thought they’d get it through without much protest then they must have been suffering from sunstroke.
But, more seriously, if a document sent to the council does confuse hectares for acres then the scheme’s credibility is already fatally weakened.
