BIRDWATCHERS gathered in West Oxfordshire last week for a talk on swifts.
More than 50 people met Oxfordshire swift expert Chris Mason in Eynsham's Church Square on Wednesday to learn more about the birds.
The group then walked through the village to see swift nesting sites, including several Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) boxes funded by the Eynsham Society.
The society deals with amenity questions threatening the welfare of the village.
