A CRICKET club has received a boost with the opening of new practice nets.
The facility in Boundary Park, part of the new Great Western Park estate in Didcot, will be officially opened on Friday.
Monica Lovatt the chairwoman of Vale of White Horse District Council will cut the ribbon at the opening with Didcot mayor Bill Service also due to be in attendance.
The nets were funded via a section 106 grant from the Vale Council and will allow further expansion of the junior section of Didcot Cricket Club.
