POLICE have warned West Oxfordshire residents to beware of an 'intimidating' salesman.
Reports of a man selling mattresses from his van in Chipping Norton were received yesterday morning.
The man was reportedly knocking on doors and addressing residents in an 'intimidating' manner, including asking if they had cash in the house and offering to take residents to the bank with their bank card.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting URN 506 030718, or call Trading Standards on 01865 815000.
