A DIFFERENT kind of summer school opens tomorrow at Blenheim Palace.
The palace's Forest School provides outdoor activities including minibeast safaris, forest craft and den building.
Activities will take place at the lake side school site close to the palace, with sessions run by qualified and experienced leaders.
The school is free for all ticket holders and offers a drop-in session every Wednesday from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
Blenheim's head of education Ian Wainwright said: “I am passionate about offering education across a range of subjects at Blenheim – and the outdoors is one that we haven’t offered before.”
