A NIGHTTIME tour of Oxford attractions will return for its fourth year to fundraise for a cancer support centre.

Registration is now open for Maggie's Culture Crawl, and anyone who signs up before the end of June will secure £5 off.

The six-mile walk promises an evening of 'fun, food and culture', stopping at several venues along the way including Modern Art Oxford, Exeter College and The Oxford Artisan Distillery.

It takes place on Friday, September 28 and participants who register now can pay £20 to take part, rising to £25 from July.

Maggie's support centre, which is on the Churchill Hospital site in Headington, offers an array of free services for cancer patients and their families.

Claire Marriott, centre head of Maggie’s Oxford, said: “This is Oxford’s night walk for cancer support and we need everyone to join us so that people with cancer get the support they need.

"Walk to remember, walk for your loved ones and walk with friends – walk with us for Maggie’s.

"I really hope the local community gets behind the event to help us support people affected by cancer."

There will be food, drink and entertainment along the route.

Participants are asked to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship - for details and to register, visit maggiescentres.org/culturecrawl.
