THE latest 'science on your doorstep' talk will focus on CS Lewis's astronomical influences.
The series of talks focusing on the scientific community of Headington will this week discuss the Narnia author and ask how planetary science, astronomy, astrology, and the natural world all influenced his writing.
Reverend Dr Robert Bates is currently the Methodist Chaplain for Oxford Brookes University, based at the Harcourt Hill Campus, and will deliver the talk at Headington Quarry's Holy Trinity Church.
It will be held on Thursday between 7.30pm and 8.30pm. It is free and all are welcome to attend.
