OXFORD Brookes University's award-winning restaurant will hold a culinary masterclass on cuisine from the Mediterranean.

The event will showcase a wide range of dishes and show participants how to prepare and cook staples from several countries from in and around the area.

There will also be tips, discussions on the the food and, of course, tasting the end results.

At the end of the course the fruits of your labour will be served to the class followed by a glass of wine or a soft drink.

The day-long course will take place at the Brookes Restaurant, Headington Campus, Gipsy Lane, on Friday May 11 between 9:15 and 14:30.
