SIX houses could be built on green land in a village near Chipping Norton.
Applicants Mr and Mrs K Smith want to construct six homes on land south Of Walkers Height, on Well Hill in Finstock.
The land is in the Finstock Conservation Area, and Cottsway Housing Association are believed to be interested in using two as social housing.
The applicants say this will ‘make a positive contribution to the local community in the form of affordable houses’.
The project has already attracted three letters of support from villagers.
