CHILTERN Railways has won another award for its new Oxford to London Marylebone line.
The rail operator, which launched the link in December 2016, has won the Innovation in Customer Experience award at the 2018 Business Quality Foundation UK Excellence Awards.
The firm's entry was focussed on the implementation of the new rail link which impressed the judges.
It was also shortlisted for the UK Excellence award - the major gong of the evening.
