A CHARITY ‘rowathon’ will raise money for homeless people in Oxford.
The Rotary Club of Oxford North is organising the fundraiser on March 24 from 10am at the Athlete Centre in Osney Mead.
Teams of rowers will feature from local businesses, the club and its sister club in Simmern, Germany.
One of the teams is set to row 5,889km from Western Australia to Mauritius across the Indian Ocean in June.
The day will raise money for the Gatehouse charity.
