A PRE-SCHOOL near Chipping Norton has been commended by an inspector.
Ofsted has refreshed its praise for Middle Barton Pre-School, and re-awarded its second-best rating of 'good'.
The rating was given on Thursday following a visit in January, four years after its last inspection, in which met the same standard.
An Ofsted report said teaching 'has a positive impact on children's learning' and noted all children with special educational needs and disabilities make good progress at the pre-school, which teaches 39 children.
