DACHSHUNDS scurried into an Oxford publishing house to help celebrate the launch of a children's picture book.
Oxford University Press staff were visited by the silky-coated canines to coincide with the release of a new title called Dog in Boots.
It tells the story of two dachshunds, Philip and Penelope, who fall in love.
Six dachshunds visited the comapany's Jericho headquarters with their owners, based in Abingdon, Bicester and Banbury, as well as the book's author Paula Metcalf, who brought along her own dog Wally.
Dogs enjoyed snuffling around the building's grounds in Walton Street this week and gathering for storytime.
