YOUNG people were recognised for 'going the extra mile' at a celebration event.
Didcot Train, a youth work charity, praised the contributions of the young people it works with who have made 'huge developments' in their social, emotional and mental well being.
The evening, last Friday, was presented by the charity's young ambassador's Lydia Halsey and Jaide Andrews and parents, trustees, staff and supporters all attended on the night.
MP Ed Vaizey and the town's mayor Jackie Billington helped to present the awards.
Mr Vaizey said: "It was a wonderful evening celebrating another year of achievement."
