NEW sessions are launching to help people living with Parkinson's disease to meet others and have fun.
The Oxford and District Parkinson's Association are starting regular Friday morning meet ups for people with the disease, their partners and carers.
Starting at 11.45am, the sessions are designed to help people 'keep their voice heard' with strengthening exercises, songs and voice play with others.
The first meet up is today at the Women's Institute Hall in North Hinksey Lane. It's free to attend and there's no need to book.
