PLANS for a new student accommodation building and retail complex in Cowley will be voted on by city councillors tomorrow..
Developers want to build the 885-bedroom unit on the Cowley Barracks site off James Wolfe Road, along with a cafe, shop and laundrettes.
Planning officers have recommended the scheme for approval by members of the east area planning committee who will meet at 6pm in the Town Hall.
If passed, the site will be used by Oxford Brookes University students from September 2019.
