OXFORD West and Abingdon MP Layla Moran will speak at a conference for carers in Kassam Stadium today.
It has been organised by Carers Oxfordshire, a free service that offers information, advice and support to a significant percentage of the 61,131 unpaid adult carers of adults in the county to coincide with Carers' Rights Day 2017.
The all day event will also feature award-winning dementia writer Pippa Kelly, as well as workshops on welfare benefit advice, seated exercise, singing for health, and mindfulness.
