BELGIAN chocolatier Godiva opens its first boutique outside of London at Oxford’s new Westgate Centre today.
The company has said staff at the new shop will be able to help guide shoppers through the luxury goods on offer, provide advice on how to taste chocolate and advise on the best chocolate for every occasion.
