A LIVE screening of Christmas Classic The Nutcracker will take place in Abingdon.
Peter Wright’s definitive production for The Royal Ballet will be shown at Abingdon School's Amey Theatre on December 5.
The story of a young girl's enchanted present leading her on a festive adventure is danced to Tchaikovsky's famous score.
With its Christmas period setting, dancing snowflakes and enchanting stage magic, Lev Ivanov’s 1892 ballet has become the perfect seasonal entertainment.
The screening will start at 7.15pm and be broadcast live from The Royal Opera House in London.
