AN OXFORD Brookes graduate has been chosen to help mark Hull’s year as UK City of Culture with a robotic light installation.
Jason Bruges, founder and creative director of the award-winning art collective Jason Bruges Studio studied architecture at the University, graduating in 1994.
On display from December 1 to January 7, the art piece, entitled Where Do We Go From Here? will use a specially choreographed interplay of light, shadow and sound to guide people through three key locations in Hull's Old Town.
Mr Bruges said his time in Oxford had been "extremely formative" in developing his skills and artistic vision.
