PRESSURE stations will be dotted around Oxfordshire for residents to visit and get their blood pressure checked.
Blood Pressure UK estimates that around 44,500 people in Oxford have high blood pressure and 28,000 (63 per cent) of residents have never been tested and remain undiagnosed.
The ‘Know Your Numbers’ campaign will be running free checks until Sunday in pharmacies across Oxfordshire.
Volunteers from the charity will also be on hand to provide information and advice on how to keep blood pressure under control.
