AMERICAN folk singer Peggy Seeger will play in Oxford tomorrow as part of a series of concerts that will see 1,000 artists perform across 300 shows in 60 different countries.

The Give a Home for Human Rights event has been created by Amnesty International and Sofar Sounds to raise money to fund refugee relief efforts.

Ed Sheeran, Emeli Sande, Jake Bugg and Billy Bragg are just some of the musicians who are taking part.

At Oxford's Natural History Museum Ms Seeger will appear alongside Banbury singer-songwriter Lewis Watson as well as Oxford electronic/indie act Low Island.
