COWLEY charity Oxfam is offering its volunteers free tickets to this year’s Reading Festival.
Volunteers will be asked to work three shifts at the event on August 25 - 27.
In exchange, they get to see the likes of Kasabian, Muse and Eminem for free.
Oxfam volunteers also get to camp in a secure field with showers, toilets, phone charging, a ‘chill-out marquee’, free tea, coffee and meals.
The charity’s head of festivals George Upcott said: “Being a volunteer at festivals is a music lover’s dream. You do three shifts at each event, and off duty you’re free to enjoy yourself like any other festival-goer.”
Two lucky Oxfam volunteers at Reading will also win a pair of tickets to Latitude festival on July 13-16 at Henham Park, Southwold, Suffolk.
