A PRIMARY school in North Oxfordshire has retained its good rating following a short inspection.
Queensway School was rated good last time it was inspected, meaning it was only subject to the shorter visit from Ofsted this time around.
Inspectors found the school to have kept up the ‘good quality of education’.
In a letter to headteacher Sarah Jakeman, inspector David Harris said Queensway, in Banbury, was a very caring school and that staff and governors worked hard to live up to its vision.
He also noted that pupils were proud of the school and described its community as ‘one big family.’
The inspection took place last month.
