AN orchestra in Abingdon will mark 40 years of making music.
Abingdon Concert Band will play a special concert this evening to celebrate its fourth decade entertaining crowds.
The band specialises in brass and wind instruments and has invited music fans to join them for their ruby celebration.
The concert takes place at St Helen’s Church in Abingdon at 7.30pm.
Tickets are cost between £7-9, with under 16s allowed free entry. Remaining tickets can be bought from The Bookstore or Newbury Building Society in the town.
