A SPECIAL concert is to be held tonight to celebrate Oxford folklorist Percy Manning.
The Headington Quarry Morris Dancers and folk group Magpie Lane are recreating a 1899 concert at St Andrew’s Church in Linton Road, North Oxford, at 8pm.
