A TEMPORARY overflow car park could be approved at a Marston pub after the parish council offered no objection.
The Victoria Arms in Mill Lane had submitted plans to create 39 extra spaces and 12 cycling bays in the field next to it.
Old Marston Parish Council confirmed it had no objection to the parking expansion.
Previously Oxfordshire County Council backed the plans, saying they would stop cars parking on the pub’s access road, which had been causing problems.
A decision is expected later this month.
