DAVID Miliband will make a guest appearance at the Sheldonian Theatre to discuss the global refugee crisis.
The former Foreign Secretary and President and CEO of the International Rescue Committee will host the free talk between 5pm and 6.30pm on Wednesday at the Oxford venue.
He will deliver a lecture exploring why record numbers of people are fleeing their homes, what conditions they are living and what should be done to help them.
The lecture will make the case that support for refugees is a global public good requiring reform of international policy.
