A BASEMENT in Iffley Fields is to be made habitable under new plans.
The owners of a property in Chester Street want to convert the basement so it can be used for family space.
The conversion would also involve some landscaping.
Neighbours can comment on the plans until Monday, February 13 and a final decision will be taken by officers at Oxford City Council by Monday, March 6.
