A BIDDING process has launched for seven six-bed plots at the county’s self-build site Graven Hill being developed in Bicester.
For the coming month people will be able to put in sealed bids to be able to build on one of the ‘premium’ plots.
Karen Curtin, from Graven Hill Village Development Company, said: “Its the first time we have released plots for sale through the sealed bid process so we are expecting a lot of interest.
“These plots are some of the most sought after on the 188-acre site as they are situated closed to the hill with fantastic views of the woodland.”
Plots range from £270,000 to £340,000 and bidders have to submit their designs before February 24. More details at gravenhill.co.uk
